At KUERIDA, we pride ourselves on producing high quality, handcrafted jewellery. Though if the piece isn't quite right for you we are happy to help.

 

We will gladly offer a credit note to the value of the piece(s) within 10 days of dispatch date. The item must be returned in its original condition at the buyers' expense. If the product is damaged or used, the product will not be accepted. 

Each KUERIDA piece comes with a 4-month warranty, which covers damage caused by manufacturing faults only.

 

If the instance of a break caused by everyday wear and tear, a repair fee is incurred. The cost of the repair is dependent on an assessment.

 

We do not offer credit notes for earring purchases. 
We will not offer credit notes or exchanges on sale items. All sale purchases are final.
